DC-Unlocker Can't Detect B310s-22

I have a Huawei B310s-22 with firmware 21.321.03.00.738

I've managed to get the device to show up in device manager as the following:

HUAWEI Mobile Connect - 3G PC UI Interface (COM10)

Doesn't matter what I select in the DC Unlocker client, the modem is never detected...

DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1392

Detecting modem :

selection :
manufacturer - Huawei modems
model - Auto detect (recommended)

Found Diagnostics port COM10

modem not found !

I've used the Huawei drivers from this site also and it makes no difference.

Has anyone else managed to get one of these routers unlocked at this firmware level?

No unlocks were done for this device version with dc-unlocker. You should try selecting Application com port manually not Diagnostics.

Same result regardless of selecting application or diagnostic port, modem not found.

Then your device is being used by another service on pc or simly hardware not compatible for being read/unlock via usb port communication.
