DC Unlock client can't find the phone

I tried to use client software to read the bootloader unlock code on Huawei M3 pad Emui 5 and Android 7, but it said can't find the phone. Hisuite is already installed, and USB mode is in Manufacture mode. I have bought 4 credits, but can't use it. Please help. In device manager, there is only Huawei HDB Interface under Android Phone, nothing under Pots and no Modem item.

So DC-unlocker or other software definitely won't detect it if it's not visible where it's supposed to be. Are you sure you have put it in manufacture mode from dialpad/claculator as guide advices? https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-r...er-unlock-code

Yes, I use the calculator and got into the Project Menu and select the Manufacture mode, but nothing showed in Device Manager like in the tutorial. I have installed the HiSuite, it works fine. My device is Huawei M3 BTV-W09 US version, EMUI 5.0 and Android 7. I heard other people got the unlock code successfully by using your software, is my device supported?

Make sure you enter manufacture mode while connected to pc already, otherwise it may switch off automatically upon connection but won't show in project menu until you restart the process. Yes, your device is supported.
