Honor 8 Problem Flashing

Hello,
I have a problem with Honor 8. Actually it's bricked. Booting, seeing the animation Honor and the phone reboot.

First : the backcover it's written FRD-AL00.
When the phone is on fastboot, Huawei Multi-Tool says :

I downloaded :
FRD-L19_C432B389_Firmware_Italy_France_Germany_Poland_ Nonspecific_Android7.0_EMUI5.0
and
FRD-L19_C432B389_update_data_customization_hw_eu

All is allright but after the flash; phone boots in recovery. I made a factory reset via recovery but still the same.

Is my phone an FRD-AL00 or FRD-L19 ? Which firmware do I have to use ? I need european firmware to use in France.

Guide clearly says if method 1 does not help use method 2. maybe firmware is ok, you just flashed it on another version which is not correct way to revive the phone.

When : Click folder icon in "Update file" field. Select factory firmware and press "Open"
Normally "extra field will appear." has to appear. Nothing for me.

So whats the difference between "Update APP File" and "Update File". ?

If nothing appeared means you have selected not a factory firmware / board software but rather just a simple firmware /stock rom.

Ok I understand but where to find Factory Firmware /board for FRD-L19? I tried all on get files.

You can find it on support area which is accessed directly from DC-phoenix software by pressing "Download files"

I am back. Look what I did :

And I flashed :
- FRD-L04_M001035_Factory_firmware_general_Android_6.0_E MUI_4.1.dgtks
- FRD-L19_C432B389_Firmware_Italy_France_Germany_Poland_ Nonspecific_Android7.0_EMUI5.0.APP
- FRD-L19_C432B389_update_data_customization_hw_eu.APP

At the end everything is fine but on my phone, i have : "Software install failed".

Any idea ?

it shouldn't show any failures if flashed on DC-phoenix successfully, otherwise DC-phoenix would throw an error as well. However can try to flahs factory firmware alone, boot up phone, repair phone numbers including vendor/country then flash full stock rom and update data file.
