Hello,
I have a Huawei Mate 10 Lite RNE-L21C432 phone.
I think the phone is software brick - phone can not boot the system ( bootloop).
In recovery is written this:
PHONE Unlocked
FRP Locked

If I try fastboot commands I receive :
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)

Which your software should I use? DC Phoenix or DC Unlocker?

I think I have to use DC Phoenix.

Click folder icon in "Update file" field. Select factory firmware and press "Open"

(Can use any factory firmware for any same phone model version. For example NXT-AL10 factory firmware fits all NXT-xxxx versions etc., same goes for other phone models)

Files can be downloaded from our support area which is accessed from tool by pressing "Download files" butt

Before I buy credits I have a question:
- Will you provide this factory firmware flash, or I have to search on the Internet for it ?
I am asking you because, when I entered here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/file-lis.../Huawei_phones
I did not find any firmware for my phone.

Before purchase/flash you should check supported models and in what conditions they are flashable which is on top of the dc-phoenix guide. Support area for DC-phoenix is accessed only from DC-phoenix tool, it's different from one that you put link to. At the moment factory firmware/board software not available, we will try to look for it and add it. Will inform you when/if it's done.
