P10 Plus bricked. I need help...

    P10 Plus bricked. I need help...

    Hello everyone, I have a P10 Plus (KY-L09C55B142) bricked.

    I purchased the DC-Phoenix 3-day subscription and tried to download a firmware (from the "File Download" tab), I chose "Vicky-L29B_C432B150_Firmware_Estonia_Austria_Denmark_Fin land_Croatia_Latvia_Lithuan.app" and also "VKY-L29_C432B150_update_data_customization_hw_eu.APP".

    After this I selected the firmware above and the customization below, then I did "update". DC-Phoenix worked well until the erecovery opened... erecovery try to install but it fails (it stucking at 5%). What can I do?

    Now my phone won't boot at all on android, only on erecovery or fastboot mode

    EDIT: HCU won't open (it display a windows error)... is there an old version of that tool?

    Read method 2 from dc-phoenix guide... If it's windows error make sure you have all updates installed it's usually missing c++ visual pack update.

      In this step do you mean to rescue directly from erecovery or from DC Phoenix?
      Where I can find a factory firmware for my P10?
      Is there any video tutorial about this procedure?
