Huawei P10 Plus unable to boot up

Hi, I have an issue with my Huawei P10 Plus whereby upon connection to the computer, the phone is recognised as USB SER under the device manager. I am unable to fastboot or switch on the phone for that matter either via vol - + plugging in the usb cable or vol up + power button. I am trying to work with the DC Phoenix software for this issue but the tutorial in method 1 and 2 requires fastboot access and the DC Phoenix shows no fastboot mode device detected. I would appreciate if anyone can assist with this.

Can only try method 3 via testpoints. Otherwise only main board replacement could help you.
