Now, after this point even mobile won`t go in Fastboot Mode.

You should really read guide of dc-phoenix. See method 3 when you need to use loader + oeminfo, then can flash firmware matching data.

Before I write firmware on device I will check Country Code and Build Number VIA dc-unlocker in Fastboot.
After that I write correct and latest firmware on it.
I already red dc-phoenix guide but truly i am confused of mixed up things there.
Guide me here in simple way ....

Method 1:-
i) If mobile stuck on huawei logo or Fastboot mode
first I must use update oeminfo tab and update new oeminfo
Is it necessary I do rewrite oeminfo while I have correct Country/Custom and Build number ?
ii) Then I do write full firmware in fastboot mode.

Method 2:-
i) 1st write or update oeminfo
ii) If it can`t write oeminfo then I used Board+FullFirmware+Customization software's (If customization have in support area)
iii) If I get error "VARLIST partition" then mean is that custom file is not match.
iv) If mobile was not boot correctly then mean is that Full Firmware is wrong.
v) Now, write alone board software via Fastboot in Advance tab.
vi) After write alone board software again I write model,vendor and country in Update OEMINFO tab. (m=ale-l21, vendor=hw, country=meafnaf)
vii) And write full firmware same like as country and vendor code (ALE-L21_C185B575)

Method 3:-
i) Device showing HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 or 9008 port if not then use TP
ii) Write Board+FullFirmware+Customization all at once (in my case I cant find ALE-L21 customization file from support area or still don`t know about customization file)
iii) If I get error "VARLIST partition" then mean is that custom file is not match. (Still don`t know customization file)
iv) Must write Model/Country/Vendor code in fastboot.

In the end for repair imei/vendor/country use HCU clint.
Am I correct or no ?

Note :- Kindly inform me about Customization file ?
Because I knew only Board, OTA anf Full Firmware.

Model and country is modified during loader + oeminfo flashing. ALE does not have customization files.

Maybe try in upade mode with full stock rom.

I have bricked P8 lite.
Could you guide me where I was wrong to revive this device ?

1:- I write board firmware "ALE-L21_HL3ALICEMAA001079_Board Software_inc_testpoint.dgtk"

2:- Write bootloader



3:- Write full firmware "ALE-L21_C432B601_Firmware_Europe_Nonspecific.APP" successfully in "FASTBOOT" mode but filed to go in "UPGRADE" mode for complete it.
Now, mobile restaring from huawei logo, can`t go in downoad mode.

If phone can not enter upgrade mode manually by you putting in it and then continuing the process, then maybe could only try testpoint+oeminfo solution.
