It seems that only the original can be flashed, even after HCU repair..

Everything you did here is incorrect, first field is for full stock rom file not OTA update file, and second field is for update data customization file - not same OTA update file you selected...

In the first fiele I put full ota update.app file.
in the customization I put the customization update.app.
Your response is weird and not providing any added value.
Flash is simply no working for System.img when I try Fig-l31 firmware instead of fig-al10.
Until now I haven't got any single explanation about flash errors: vendor.img, product.img or system.img.
Thanks for your support, even if useless until now.

Can't use any OTA file at all, full or not full. Must use only full stock roms. Make screenshot of those file's directory with their size visible in one of the columns. What did you repaired on HCU, i can't see your customization file name - it contains vendor/country in it's name, you had to repair them accordingly on HCU before flashing that firmware.

Full-OTA is not a full stock rom?

HCU repair shouldn't be like this?

Full-OTA is not a full stock rom? - it isn't. If you repaired them accordingly like visible in your screenshot and files do not flash means firmware you try to put into your phone does not fit it and will have to use other one or original one matching your phone's model. If you still think that problem is on our software you can flash that firmware from SD card since you get error on Upgrade mode to confirm the issue.

I think we took a different path than the original question was driving to.
Why Dc Phoenix is not able to write PRODUCT and VENDOR partitions?
I haven't got any real answer to this.

Press CTRL+L after launching DC-phoenix. Attemopt to do whatever you want to do on it. After you complete (or not, if you get error) close software. Go to DC-phoenix directory, locate .dgtkl file there, send it to me please.
