cant get dc unlocker to respont to u7519

can anyone help me I select com1 and com 6 it finds phone then says no response how do I fix this?

Install drivers and use auto detect model and ports.

Windows media center auto installs drivers as cdrom and mass storage unit I do not have the option to install mty own drivers have tried to updat drivers from the dc folder no luck

If you can not detect you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the software for this phone is
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
