Cannot unlock code

I have a Huawei Mediapad M3, and I was trying to unlock it.
I first followed this instruction: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-r...er-unlock-code , and got the bootloader code.
Then, I read this: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/free-hua...nlock-tutorial , and found that I also need the OEM unlock code!
When I return to dc-unlocker, I realized that I need to make another purchase to do it, since the first step has spent all my credits all ready.
I did so, and then found that it failed in getting the unlock code (see attached log). I tried several times and got no luck. This is weird as you listed this model here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/supporte.../huawei_phones saying that it can read the unlock code.

At the end of the day, I paid 8.98 and gained nothing, so I would like to request for a refund. The usernames associated are bl5223 and bl5224. Thank you!
