  • Flashed wrong OEMINFO

I flashed an incorrect OEMINFO on my Huawei phone MLA-TL10 and now phone is bricked! Was flashed with TWRP, now cannot boot into TWRP or recovery anymore. When I turn on the phone I see Huawei logo + powered by Android but immediately goes to lit black screen (phone still on). I can boot into fastboot mode, says PHONE LOCKED, FRP LOCK

In DC Unlocker detect phone shows:

    ================================================== =================

    DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1396

    Detecting phone :

    selection :
    manufacturer - Huawei phones
model - Huawei phone in fastboot mode

    Found Phone : HUAWEI CAN-L11
Model : Huawei phone in fastboot mode
    Serial NR. : XPU4C17304016427
    Firmware : CAN-L11C432B390

    user Lock state is lock
    fbLock state is lock
    Image is origin
    Verify mode is enforcing
    Check root info is safe
    Lock state is lock
    Root State: UNROOT
    Battery state: battery is present

    ================================================== =================

Phone serial number is changed! Can I use this software to revert back??
And before I never saw FRP LOCK, only after flashing incorrect OEMINFO now it shows up

So to confirm, my phone will be restored to original MLA-TL10 software with correct serial number and IMEI?

If you flash correct firmware and repair SN and IMEI afterwards on HCU tool like DC-phoenix guide advices then yes.

              Can I use advanced options?

              Fastboot settings...
              Not erase/write NV
              Not erase/write oeminfo

Both are selected by default, what happens when I uncheck them and try again?

Do not touch settings in advanced mode if you do not understand what they mean by yourself. Regarding upgrade mode, yes need to connect phone to pc while it's turned off, then hold both vol buttons and power button, can release power button when you see logo, but need to keep holding both vol buttons until you see phone in upgrade mode. If it doesn't enter this mode means loader damaged. Then in advanced mode flash ONLY factory firmware/board software file, phone must boot up, afterwards read method 2 step 2 just like dc-phoenix guide advices, but you skipped it for some reason.

The phone still does not boot after flashing Board software in fastboot in Advanced mode!

After powering on, the screen shows the Huawei logo, then "Your device has failed verification and may not work properly", then screen goes all black and after few seconds blue LED turns on and stays on. Phone cannot be detected by HCU Client or DC-Unlocker Client. Phone can only boot to fastboot mode.

In fastboot mode, HCU client says:

                  Account: lazy_prodigy
                  Check success!

2018-04-05 14:31:30.217 Start read phone info from fastboot!
2018-04-05 14:31:31.733 Read phone info done!

                  Model: HUAWEI CAN-L11
                  Firmware ver.: CAN-L11C432B390
                  SN: XPU4C17304016427

2018-04-05 14:31:31.827 Phone info data backup saved to file Z:\Downloads\HCU_252\Backup\20180405_143131_XPU4C1 7304016427.BAK

                  Device already : locked
                  Battery state: battery is present

Then when attempting country and vendor repair,

2018-04-05 14:32:49.551 Autodetect COM port and phone type start!
2018-04-05 14:32:49.566 Compatible COM ports not found!
                  2018-04-05 14:32:49.566 ERROR!
                  Phone not found !

Same error when repairing as empty board

I tried repeating Step 1 again after flashing Board software in fastboot in Advanced mode but DC Phoenix gets stuck and loops at "Writing rescue_recovery partition with file recovery" for more than 30 minutes!

                    Any other solutions please?

Repeating Step 1 a second time gets past the "Writing rescue_recovery partition with file recovery" loop but goes back to initial error: CANNOT DETECT DEVICE IN UPGRADE MODE and of course same thing happens again. Phone shows Huawei logo then immediately black after one second

If phone does not boot up after flashing board software alone then problem in hardware and phone can not be repaired with any software.
