You may want to check the device's firmware on its dashboard as advised above and let us know it so we can confirm if it is unlockable at all. If DC-unlocker is not running on a computer then need more details, pc info, if it is a virtual/parallel computer or not.
If adapters do not solve connection problem check metrics: trap the cat
control panel > network and internet > network connections > Right click on your device that you want to unlock connection > Properties > Internet protocol (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Advanced > IP settings > Uncheck "Automatic metric". Set Interface metric as "200".
