Huawai Mate 9 (MHA-L29C432 EUR) problem

BEFORE DC-UNLOCKER / HCU / DC PHOENIX:
I have a Mate 9 that has this touch screen problem. When im at the lock screen the touchscreen doesnt work so i cant enter the phone or change settings nothing!
In recovery mode the touchscreen works fine (weird right).

Problem is that factory mode doesnt work, it does its job in the recovery but i still get the same lockscreen as if nothing has changed. No New android setup page nothing just same lock screen like before. Wanted to unlock bootloader on the official huawei website but cant access the settings to get my product_id number so:

WITH DC-UNLOCKER / HCU / DC PHOENIX:
FRP & BOOTLOADER where Both locked so i thought lets buy a 3 day dc-unlocker package so i can try to flash the following files:

- MHA-AL00A_HLMHAAL00AM00A063_Factory_firmware_China_Non specific_Android_7.0_EMUI_5.0.dgtks
- MHA-L29B_C432B185_Firmware_Switzerland_Nonspecific_And roid7.0_EMUI5.0.APP
- Optional file (did this) L29B_C432B185_update_MHA-L29_hw_eu.APP
DC PHOENIX flashed these back to back.

Before flashing the above HCU made a BAK file for me with my phone details. Only imei1, serialnr, modelnumber are backupped. WIFI MAC BLUETOOTH MAC and the rest are empty (normal???) Dont know these so i can restore them afterwords?

Flashing works fine in DC PHOENIX Fastboot mode and above get flashed OK. Phone now say's in fastboot PHONE UNLOCKED, FRP LOCKED.

After flashing when the phone boots it takes some time at the huawei logo guess its normal after flash but then ITS STILL THE SAME DAMN lockscreen with brown water dock wallpaper and working time, icons like normal. Still no SETUP language page, name info etc. Still no working touchscreen.

QUESTION 1: What do you think i should do next before my 3 days run out and throw the phone againt the wall?
QUESTION 2: I want to update the phone to OREO 8.0, maybe that resolves my touchscreen issue? Can it be done? Thanks

Update: I just flashed the Facory Firmware China Non Specific dgtks file and got a huawei ascend boot logo. After that i could use my touchscreen like normal and everything works. As soon as i update my vendor, imei etc. in HCU i get a reboot with factory reset and this keeps going on and on (loop). Then i flash the second firmware file from above and optional file and after that its giving me again the same brown bridge water wallpaper, clock, wifi etc. symbols BUT NO TOUCHSCREEN. What could this be pffff.

Try to flash full stock rom after flashing board software/factory firmware without doing repair to phone numbers. We won't know if updating to oreo will solve your touchscreen problem.
