Honor 5X KIW-L21 Green, Red and Blue screen on startup

i'm having a bit of an issue here with my phone and i'd really apreciate the help
due to the phoning shuting down during an update, there was an error and it's bricked since then
when i turn it on a "Green Blue Red" screen appears then the "HONOR" logo appears and the phone just gets stuck there for ever
i tried flashing it using DC Phoenix and this firmwork "Honor 5X_Firmware_KIW-L21_Android 5.1_EMUI 3.1_C432B140_West European_Channel-Others"
the proccess finished correctlyt without any errors but the problem isn't solved still the same
i tried "KIW-L21_C900B120_Firmware_West_European_Region_Nonspec ific_Android5.1.1_EMUI3.1" & "KIW-L21_C900B120_Firmware_West_European_Region_Nonspec ific_Android5.1.1_EMUI3.1" they both gave me an error in "Upgrade mode" and didn't get passed that.
how can i fix this issue please thank you

Use method 2 from DC-phoenix guide to revive your phone.

I did it and it worked, the phone start finaly, but the red blue green screen still appears at startup only no bootloop anymore
second problem is the IMEIs are gone! So it's impossible to use sim card, how can i fix that please ^^

Can repair imeis on HCU, guide mentions ang gives links to it as well, just follow the process.

The problem is that i don't have this phone's IMEI, i bought a used honor so i don't have the original box
also about the colored screen is there something i can do about it

If after flashing board software that screen remains, problem on hardware.

After flashing factory and then rom using board methode "Methode 2" the phone is unbricked and boots normaly but the screen is still there at startup
also about the imei repaire using HCU, how much more credits i have to purchase in order to use it, i already bought 15 credits to use DC Phoenix amd buying from the internet in my country isn't an easy thing and expencive

Do not know then if startup screen shows you that 2 color, try to clear cache/wipe data from erecovery. To repair IMEI or anything whats available on HCU to repair need 8 credits.

OK I'll try wiping cache and data, I'll let you know how it goes, as for HCU it will take me some time in order to bye credits so I'll update the post once I do that

UPDATE: Clearing cache and wiping data didn't fix the colored screen problem
