hi hi have brinck my phone the stock version is the vtrl09-c02 vodafon eu brand i brick when i decide to downgrade the phone to oreo..i use dc phoenix to flash the stock oreo version b360 donwloaded from another site why your download today dont run and my phone can boot only in erecovery

Writing wrong files may damage your phone. There was warning when you started software.
Is your phone not detected by computer at all? Do not see it in device manager at all?
Maybe it needs charging.

I've done the same mistake (downloading rom from other site) and i brick my phone. I recover it by teardown and shorting testpoint to the ground, flashing rom from the rom list from dc-unlocker, and updating to oreo with firmware finder.
