Unlock Bootloader, phone not detected

i did change it to Dual Sim but same result, my phone info including firmware is in the attached image

We won't know what firmware how many sim cards supported, but if it's one that was in your phone when it was brand new then it certainly supports it. Make sure your 2 imeis are not identical too...

they are not Identical, at first the phone showed 2 imeis, but then i realised i miss spelled one of them so i flashed them again, but i don't know what i did wrong so that one of them is not showing at all in the phone, but HCU recognize both of IMEIs when i hit scan
and for the firmware i don't know if it's the one that came with the phone, i downloaded it from official Huawei website, and it's compatible with my phone's model
