Make sure device appears in fastboot mode correctly in device manager, otherwise software certainly won't detect anything for flashing.

this set was working good, after flash with wrong .APP goes bricked. Only by using testpoint it's detected by pc, after flash Vicky-AL00A_HLVKYAL00M00A038_Board Software_inc_testpoint.dgtks it should go to fastboot mode but it doesn't. please help me to fix this issue. thank you.

If it does not go to fastboot mode then it might be related to damaged main board.

i'm using Vicky-AL00A but the phone it is VKY-AL00, it is the same?

If you talk about board software then it doesn't even matter version of the phone, only model matters.

ok, so the procedure to fix this set it is make testpoint after phone it's detected as HUAWEI COM 1.0 load board and app on dc phonix and then flash, after write bootloader phone will goes to fastboot itself? do i must diconnect testpoint after detection the battery must be disconnected or connected?
