    Bricked P20 Pro

    Desperately seeking help...

    P20 Pro currently bricked. Cannot boot to fastboot/recovery/eRecovery/system - just black screen

    Device is visible in Device manager and drivers installed so phone shows as HUAWEI USB COM 1.0

    Unsure where to go from here or what files I need to recover bootloader etc

    Any help greatly appreciated. DC Unlocker account set up with 15 credits (is this enough?)

    Sadly to tell you even the Mate 10 Series is not supported in HUAWEI USB COM 1.0 mode then how could this tool will support the P20 Pro. I will suggest you to wait for few weeks for a solution else you could go to official Huawei Service Center to claim the warranty if you have any.
