Mate 10 stuck on black screen

I used HWOTA8 for it and it went successfull and then the phone turned off and after it got off my phone got stuck in black screen no matter what I do
When I connect my phone to the PC a sound of a USB being connected occur but no USB information and no ADB or fastboot access

Will we ever get the solution for Mate 10 Series ? Its a 6 month old phone and there is no solution for Huawei USB COM 1.0 of Mate 10. Is it so hard for Dc Phoenix Team ?
