Are you sure? Hard bricked means phone is detected only in USB-SER / USB Com 1.0. Was your phone in same condition? How did you managed to wrire board firmware? I think your phone was not bricked by a software update as our phones was bricked by installing new firmwares Alp-l29c636b134 and Bla-l29c636b137.

Look, yes my phone was in hardbrick, whose situation is found after update by you mentioned. You need the correct drivers for the Phoenix Dc to communicate with the device, at the same time that you have to insist by pressing the power plus volume less until the program recognizes and begin to install the firmware board. After installation I think you know how to proceed ...

Hello there. Did you see that the mate 10 pro device with hardbrick case (usb ser / com port) works with dc phoenix? Which version do we need to use dc phoenix? There are 2 board software for BLA, but in both the write bootloader gives an incomplete error. Do we need to press a key on the phone after starting the dc writing process in Phoenix?

                    Hello.

Use the latest version of Dc Phoenix, if the manager recognizes the cell phone as usb_ser install the correct drivers theninstall the board software. Any one of them, if one does not work, try another.
The board software will install the boot sector and after that your pc will recognize the mobile in fastboot mode.

                      I have 3 board software.

                      BLA-A09-BD_1.0.0.36_Board_Software_Android_8.0.0_EMUI_8.0. 0_05022GPJ

V52, v56, v57 Dc phoenix versions of 3 software I tried repeatedly. The same mistake in all of them. 'Write bootloader: incomplete'

Today, I came across a new method. I share the link, the video is in the link. Does it work for you? A new method. Shared on June 8th.
