  • Honor 5X : No Sim card detected (no IMEI)

    Hello,
So i'll start with a little background:
First y phone was bricked and not working, then i used DC Phoenix to fix it and it got back working.
But then my IMEIs were gone, so i used HCU and fixed my IMEIs
Now only the first sim card is recognized, the second doesn't show up at all, and the IMEI as well, only one IMEI show up.
I used DC Unlocker to read bootloader code, and then unlocked my phone with ADB, also i have flashed Custom recovery and rooted the phone.
Would you please Help me fix this issue and get my second Sim card to work.
    Thank you.
PS: there used to be 2 "SIM Toolkit" applications but now there is only one as you can see in the attachments.

We can't assist with that, but you may attempt to convert your phone from single to dual sim on HCU and make sure it has 2 IMEIs as well.

      Hello sir,
Already did that with HCU and IT HAS 2 IMEIs
I managed to fix this for anyone who may face this issue.
I flashed another Custom Rom and that did it.
i think there was something wrong with the rom so just reflashing the stock rom with Phoenix could solve it too.
Also i'm faced with another issue please if you could help me with that i'll really appreciate it.
I'm having a colored (Green Red Blue) screen on startup instead of the main boot logo.
How can i fix it, i know it may involve editing boot.img or flashing a new one, i just don't know how to do that.
      Thank you for your support.

We do not have info about screen problems or how to solve it, though it seems to be related to board software/full stock rom. Make sure to flash firmware in both fastboot and upgrade modes.

All firmwares that we have are on our support area accessed from dc-phoenix directly, we won't know as of which one is appropriate for your device in specific.
