Yesterday I took a Mate 10 from a client and managed to recover via TP.
Used method 3, fully repaired with the HCU.
The problem is, whenever I try to reset the factory, the phone resets up to 100% successfully but the system connects directly to the homescreen screen. The phone skips the initial setup part ... I have not found a solution to this yet.
