HCU Phone secure identity fail error on write imei Huawei p8lite hi6210sft. Help pliz

hi , i have problems for write imei on huawei p8 lite. im recived this errors.

Repair as empty board.

There is a checkbox on HCU tool repair as empy board, make sure you check it before doing repair of field you want to.

Hi, thanks for your answers. Here I send you an image of the repair box. my imei is in 00000000000000.

I want to replace it with a new one and recive this error. you can point to the empty box you mentioned earlier.

Can't you see repair as empty board check box?

I have checked the box mentioned but I receive the following error.

Please do this:

1. Restart HCU software.

2. Login with your account on software.

3. Right click on memo area make sure "enable debug logging" has a check mark.

4. Detect your device. Try to repair it, after error do rest of the steps

5. Right click on memo area and save "debug log file".

6. Send that file to me, please.
