Honor 8 Unlock Bootloader

Hey.
My bluetooth wasn't working, so i tried to update my frimware, but since that my phone was bootloader unlocked, rooted and with twrp I couldn't upgrade normally,
So i thought to go back to stock room. I tried but this error "FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)" always appear.
I find on the Internet that could be something wrong with Bootloader Unlock, so I Relock my Bootloader and always work fine. Now I can't unlock my Bootloader (and I have the code) beacause this erro "FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)"

I download DC Unlocker and buy 15 credits, cause the message Unlock Huawei phone in fastboot mode (863691033999659) cost 15 cr.
The credits are on but the unlock option is grey so i click FRP and temp Fastboot unlock and lose my 15 credits and phone still the same.

I only can turn in fastboot and Erecovery (fail getting package)

Looks like your phone needs repair and FRP unlock (google account removal) will not help.
