Ascend G510-0100 stuck on black screen Phoenix is not working

Today i bought new 19 credits licence to fix my huawei phone my Ascend G510-0100, it stuck on black screen after i updated. Thats why i come to here. After that I thought Phoenix can fix it but it doesnt even see the phone. I followed instructions. Nothing happens.

Would you help me? Live chat is offline since 10 hours. I need help but i cant reach anyone. Licence is 3 days but live chat screen will be offline for 2 days.

Since 2 days no live chat and no support. I want to refund my licence. Phoenix is not flashing and HCU cant reach. I tried to flash update nothing worked.

Sorry live chat and support does not work on weekends. G510 not supported by dc-phoenix.
Sorry, refund not possible as you already used dc-phoenix for flashing other phone, not G510. What problem you have with other phone?
