Huawei Mate 10 Pro and Unknow Error (375)

I have a model BLA-L09 converted to BLA-L29 with HWOTA8.
Unfortunately I relocked bootloader and upgraded to .145 version.
The old unlock code doesn't work anymore and I am trying to get the new code.
When I try to read code the output is

I bought 4 credits, to unlock the bootloader of Mate 10 Pro, but it gives the error 375, with everything in the official page says that it is supported, wanted the refund of the money.

Hello, when i bought my phone it was new and bla-l29 version. i try dc unlocker and hcu to find bootloader code but this image appear. I have actived manufacterer mode. Any solution please ? if it is not possible, i wante to have a refound of money please thanks.
