Huawei Sensa 4G LTE did not get unlocked

I bought 4 credits to unlock my Simple mobile Huawei Sensa 4G LTE. The software recognized it and said it is unclocked. But I still get invalid SIM error when I use my Tmobile SIM. What can I do further to fix this issue ?
