    Need factory firmware for RNE-L21

    hi for all am have rne-l21 soft bricked just enter e recovery and cant make factory reset from recovery always give failed ... flashed by many firmware by dc phoenix and not fixed ... cant flash twrp because oem is locked ... i think this device need factory firmware

        Then read the guide of DC-phoenix again because you are searching incorrectly. There is no RNE-L21 board software released by Huawei.
