Honor V9 stuck at emui logo

I would like to know whether possible to fix honor v9 ( duk-AL20)phone stuck at EMUI with circle ( may upgrade stage but nothing happening). Whatever combination buttons I use goes to the same stage again.

No fastboot, No recovery

PC does not show in port, however, shows as a mass storage.
mobile does not turn off totally but loop to EMUI logo

Please let me know I can use your testpint( without dongle) method or something else to fix it

There is no guarantee whether it is or not possible to repair it. As suggested on email can only try to discharge the device and move on from there.
