Please help e5776s-32

I have bought a e5776s-32 to replace a lost mifi dongle.
I made a mistake when buying and bought it locked to EE (UK) [the network my phone is on] but my sim is on 3 (UK) for data mifi
So I need to unlock it

I have downloaded DC-UNLOCKER and run that
bought 7 credits - shown on list as amount i need

Then put new 3 sim in and have expected SIMLOCK message
connected to PC (windows 10) and can't see device
so i know I need to change adapter settings but first I need to find device

which driver software should I use ?

any other hints?

If you can't see device in device manager at all then no driver will help you. The problem may be in cable or device's hardware if it does not appear anywhere in device manager.
