    unknown responce when network unlocking / read unlock codes / read bootloader codes

    As the title shows, I've paid Unlocker 2 client 1.00.1403, and the software recognizes my mate 9
    when network unlocking / read unlock codes / read bootloader codes, I only get "unknown responce".
    please help

    Was your phone recently repaired/damaged/flashed etc.? Could you attempt to detect your phone on HCU tool here http://hcu-client.com/ use same account as for dc-unlocker.
