so i flashed a firmware with dc phoenix everything was good tought it was fine but the device started bootloping tried another still bootloop so i wanted to flash only the recovery and the system,,, since then i receive the message device not supported .. why ? can someone help me fix this, i really need to repair the phone

Hello, attempt to follow method 2 from the guide and flash board software alone to see if phone boots up afterwards.

Already done that the result was , DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED. at the moment the only version that supports my phone is the 0.82 but all' the steps result is FAILED

Sorry, did not understand, please make screenshot with board software selected on dc-phoenix and with error that you get visible in picture.

It's in the attachment in the first post you can clearly read device not supported .
