P20 Lite Stuck on "Emui" upgrade logo

Hi all,
yesterday i've tried to flash crdroid on my phone but something went wrong and phone won't boot up anymore giving me FRP lock error.
i tried with dcphoenix to factory reset and frp unlock but from that moment is stuck on the EMUI logo like his looking for the upgrade file but nothing happen.
i've put the firmware on the sd card has shown on the image attached but still nothing happen.
i'm also tring to put in fastboot or recovery mode but the phone only go in update mode and stuck on the emui screen
I also bought the credits for dcphoenix but I can not use it since it does not recognize the phone

please help me I do not want to send the phone for assistance and stay without for months.

i'm unable to boot nothing but Upgrade screen, and the phone isn't recognized by the pc

If your phone can not enter fastboot and is not visible on computer at all then dc-phoenix won't solve your problem certainly.
