p10 lite brick almost recover from dc phoenix

i bought 15 credits to use the dc phoenix tool to flash the firmware of my phone, everything went ok except for the verlist
the phone reboot in emui logo and after the 5% it says installation failed

Cannot update device in upgrade mode

I read about if i get an error from verlist i need to use the HCU client but like i said before i just bought the exact 15 credits to use the dc phoenix tool, i donīt know if i have to buy the 72 Hours license for unlimited all functions + DC Phoenix or i just need to charge some amount of credits to use the program to repair the vendor/country info or i have to do another thing o flash something else (sorry for my english)

You can buy 8 credits for repairing vendor and country by HCU only.
Phone must fully start and you should be able to enter manufacture mode on it for repair.
If phone not start, try to flash factory firmware/board software as in instructions here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial

I already tried to flash factory firwmware/board software, i always get the same problem, it stops after 5% in upgrade mode and says installation failed
