Huawei P20 - Read bootloader code - 375 Error code

I just bought 4 credits to read my bootloader code, but i got the 375 error code, here are the logs :

Hey so when will the P20 be supported? I really really do not want android 9.0 and I seriously need to block android from updating over the air against my will. Please let me know if and when the P20 boot loaders can be unlocked by your services. I appreciate your help.
