Maybe file which you are trying to flash is incorrect. Try other file.
If method 1 will not work, can try method 2 from guide and flash factory firmware: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial

      Hi,
      i have solved the problem.
      I use different method:
-First of all i flash in advanced mode on DC - Phoenix "NXT-AL10_M00A102_Factory_firmware_Global_Nonspecific_A ndroid_6.0_EMUI_4.0.dgtks" only.
-After a successful write i reboot the system (dont disconnect usb cable) and turn on fastboot mode.
-At the end i flash (always in advaced mode) on Dc Phoenix "HUAWEI Mate 8 Firmware(NXT-L29, Android 6.0, EMUI 4.0, C432B192, Western Europe)" that i have downloaded from "https://consumer.huawei.com/it/support/phones/mate8/"

The difference is that i reboot the system after i flash factory firmware and dont use standard mode.
(in standard mode the program ask you UPDATE.APP file with factory firmware[dgtks] and write both in one time...this method doesn't work with me.

I hope that my method is useful to the forum and your work.
      Your sincerly Nicola
