If you not find this technical solution, we will no longer be able to use DC Phoenix for any of the new Huawei phones. Many of us who are your customers have bought a license for 2 years. On DC Unlocker post, you have already written this. But on DC Phoenix post, you have not yet made any specification if phones with the latest firmware versions that have the new security patch are or not supported. Please make this specification to us.
I want to flash Android 9 to Huawei Mate 10 Pro BLA-L29 and I don't know if it is supported.

No not possible unless they have unlocked bootloader and same security version, then maybe there is a chance that it will work, but officially nothing for it available.
