    I've paid for 4 credits, but I can't even get HCU to detect my Honor 9 Lite.

    Log is as follows:

    What are you trying to do with our software for your phone? Phone is fully working?Hisuite installed?

      Sorry - the phone is brand new and fully working, Hisuite is installed, manufacture mode is enabled, OEM unlocking is enabled, usb debugging is enabled. Really not sure what I've missed.

              I have exactly the same problem as described by "craventoby". Here is the screenshot of my Huawei P20 Lite in device manager:

                Then it's either not in manufacturer mode as described in guide or mobile as firmware issues.
