The purpose of making this thread just to let other Honor 7x holders know that Honor 7x BOND-L21 can be saved using DC Phoenix although it's not in supported models list.
I had spent two really hard months to revive my device back but unsuccessful then i got to know about DC Phoneix and went through this thread

I had access only to the fastboot mode, no adb, no recovery and erecovery, no TWRP, Bootloader was relocked and FRP was locked, also tried every other method like dload and so but nothing worked
I installed Huawei Fastboot & ADB Drivers, HiSuite Drivers to proceed in upgrade mode
Downloaded firmware for my device from this link

Downloaded DC Phoenix V57
Bought 15 credits
And started flashing, write finished OK appeared
At the end I also encountered problems with the optional hw-data-file, I cancelled the update and booted phone and I could change OEM unlock in developer settings and unlocked the Bootloader via fastboot, Also i don't know why but after flashing with DC Phoenix, I start getting notification to update the phone to EMUI 8.0, Now Its running on Android 8.0
