Y600-U20 Network Unlock

I have Y600-U20 phone for network unlock.
But I can't find any place for change usb mode.'
Phone not detect by dc unlocker.

I tryed with this code

but can't find bellow things
'ProjectMenu',
'Background settings',
'USB ports settings',
'Manufacture mode'.
