Lost money trying to unlock Huawei P9 Lite

Hi,
I bought 8 credits to unlock twice a Huawei P9 Lite with no success, since when put in fastboot mode it says "Phone locked - FRP unlocked".
I spent money thinking this was the solution to Huawei end of support (they no longer provide the unlock code ), but it seems it isn't.
If anyone can help me unlocking this phone I would appreciate it.

We do not have bootloader unlock service, we can only read bootloader code from phone.
