Read phone info fail! - Mate 10 Lite

I've been trying to get bootloader code of my device:

Huawei Mate 10 Lite
Model: RNE-L03
Android 8.0 Oreo - RNE-L03 8.0.0341 (C605)


The problem happens when I try to identify the device using HCU Client

Also, after that, appears a pop-up that says something like this: Check if device its in manufacture or fastboot mode.

Obviusly I put the cellphone in manufacture mode to use the client, I don't know what i am doing wrong, Can a mod help me?

This means that current version of android in your device is not supported yet.
