Unlocker gives me a no response error ! Huawei P20 Lite

I've just purchased the necessary credits to unlock the bootloader of my Huawei P20 Lite, but when I've tried to get the code, I get a "No response" error.

On the site it's clearly stated that the Huawei P20 is supported, but obviously it's not, am I missing something ?

Yes, P20 is not supported and we do not have bootloader unlock service, so whatever you are pressing on software it does not unlock bootloader.

But you guys mentioned it on the changelog, by the way, it's the P20 Lite, not the Pro version!

We do not support P20. If you have problems with other phone then provide full details from software.

This was a waste of time & money, falling for a fake state that obviously is intended.
