I find something wrong as selected model is differ from article.
Found Phone : MHA-L29
Model : Huawei phone in fastboot mode

Features has not found in Unlocking tab.

I ask here because I have buy 4 credit according to price list, maybe it is wasted?

According to link you gave your phone is in wrong mode, you probably haven't read the guide since not even step 1 was executed... Refund can be done for purchased and unused credits, just need to let us know your username.

Im sure I set it to Manufacture mode. BTW it set back to HiSuite mode after reboot, is this that the backdoor fixed by Huawei?

I did like not to get refund, so maybe it will help a little on your engineer to continue support on Huawei EMUI8+.

Phone exist manufacture mode if you disconnect/connect to pc, you must do it while it is connected to pc only.
