My huawei p9 plus got boot loop after unlock bootloader

Hello! my Huawei p9 plus got brick. After I unlock bootloader it goes to data reset but stuck at 0% with some Chinese language then it keeps restart and repeats this. I cannot go to recovery mode/ fastboot mode/force update. After battery drain out when I connect with charger or PC.It will immediately go to data reset. any program can help me solve this problem. Thank you
