I can read my bootloader code with dc-unlocker. I followed the guide step by step:

I tried this version. The result is the same

Please do this:

1. Restart DC-Unlocker software.
2. Go to Server tab, login (Must press “check log in” before continuing)
3. Detect your device. Try to read bootloader code, after error do rest of the steps
4. Go to Options tab.
5. Click "Save log".
6. Send that file to me, please.

According to log file phone doesn't seem to be in normal state, like charge only mode state type of situation, if phone pops any boxes for connection verification after you connect it to pc, please enable/accept it. restart phone as well, may try different usb port too.
