Honor 9 Lite FRP lock

Hi, My Phone Honor 9 lite is FRP locked and i had mistakenly wiped the data from TWRP while updating to Stock. Now I am stuck with a bricked phone and dont know what to do. I had purchased 15 credits and started working on DC pheonix only to see the following error.

Hello, bad news, this means your phone runs new security that comes along with 8th android and at the moment there is no way around it. Should I check for refund? If so let me know your username.
