You need to change frp lock status in fastboot or you need to remove google account sign in from boot up screen?

Need to change frp lock status in fastboot so I can use fastboot commands again.
No google account lock on the phone, can access it without problems.

Maybe this will help you then https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-phone-disable-frp because frp erase on software only removes google account.

OEM unlock is greyed out in dev settings.
Connecting to internet did not help.

It can be greyed out because of unlocked bootloader or unsuitable firmware, this is all we can assist about it.
