Honor 5x bootloader code on Windows 10

Hello,

When I try to get the unlock code, i'm blocked on The DC unlocker tool because it doesn't detect my phone.
For information, i'm on Windows 10. I've put the phone on Manufacture Mode.
Look at the picture attached.
Could it be that the drivers are not compatible ?

Can you tell me which drivers I have to install on Windows 10 ?
I've installed hisuite but it isn't better.
Do you see where the problem could come from ?

All your ports with "!" sign, that's bad installation of drivers. Uninstall them completely disconnect mobile from pc, install hisuite, connect mobile to pc, put it into manufacture mode then it will work if done all from scratch otherwise will have to do it on another pc.
