How many credits? P10 Plus

I have a p10 that I had on Rogers. Unfortunately I never sim unlocked it before moving to bell. I now would like to give it to my son but he is on Freedom Mobile. He wants it because supposedly it can be made into a dual sim. To do so, he needs to unlock bootloader as well. How many credits do I have to buy?

Sorry, but did not understand what you seek, network unlock for mobile or bootloader unlock or both?

Network unlock requires 4 credits, we do not have bootloader unlock, we can only read bootloader unlock code from mobile, also costs 4 credits.

I didn't realize even though I am no longer a client of Rogers they would still give me the unlock code. First time I ever had my issues resolved by them

I then used DC unlocker to get the bootloader code which worked like a charm.
